Ownership

The support is there for the purchase of Christ Serve Ranch. The challenge is getting that support pulled together in a timely manner and at the same time meet the requirements established by the board of directors of Lutheran Island Camp and the board of directors of the Minnesota North District. Both entities require that the full amount be raised in cash and pledges with at least 20% in cash.

Another option that would provide a short term solution would be for a friend of Christ Serve Ranch and Lutheran Island Camp to purchase the property and hold it until we meet the requirements. There are several very low risk ways that could be done, including a contract for deed.
