Purpose of the Company:
The purpose of the Company is to bring together a number of God’s people who He has blessed in such a way that together they might be able to purchase Christ Serve Ranch for use by Lutheran Island Camp to hold it until such time as the remaining funds can be raised and other conditions met.
The purpose of the Company is also to support Lutheran Island Camp’s program to establish a Creation-Science Environmental Learning Center while providing the investors with an investment vehicle that is intended for long-term growth and not necessarily short term income.
This Company is intended to provide a stable investment and the investors opportunities will be limited primarily to the increase in value in the property and the opportunity to help establish one of, if not the first Creation-Science Environmental Learning Center in the world.
